A Shed or a Lake House
We made our bones building high quality custom sheds. And once the word starting getting out we were getting calls to build all sorts of things. Lake houses included. There’s a lot of people that have dreamed of owning a home or a second home on the lake. Whether they’re looking to unwind on the weekends or actually living there year around.
If that’s you we may have an answer for you. We’ve taken our now famous base and have built some pretty good size structures on it. Recently we built a lake house for a customer that plans to have it fabricated to live in. He could have chosen from a multitude of options for his new lake home. But he called Keith, and as you can see the team delivered.

That’s the point and what we’ve been saying. Heck, it’s our tagline. Built like a house, not like a shed! And sometimes they’re built for that purpose – to live in. Our treated lumber approach is perfect for lake house properties, too. Even though this particular lake house isn’t on the waterfront, it’s nearby.
Although we’re talking about building an awesome custom built structure you also get the benefits of living on or near the lake. Privacy, relaxation, health and fitness, entertainment, reduced stress. Lake houses have all those benefits and more.
